• Non Refundable Bookings : Notwithstanding any circumstances, including but not limited to medical emergencies, natural calamities, or force majeure events, if a booking has been made on a non-refundable basis and the same has been duly communicated to the customer prior to confirmation, no refund, whether partial or full, shall be admissible.
